Robert is an experienced attorney practicing for over 25 years who aggressively pursues his clients’ interests.  Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida graduating with honors in finance. Robert then worked on Wall Street for investment firms Brown Brothers Harriman and First Boston Corporation gaining valuable financial experience before obtaining his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the University of Florida in 1993. Following law school, Robert served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida before entering private practice. Robert is admitted to practice in the United States Middle and Northern District Federal Courts and is a member of the Florida Bar, Texas Bar, and National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA). Robert was selected to serve on the United States Middle District Bankruptcy Court District-Wide Steering Committee and to speak at the 2018 Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association Annual CLE Seminar on the subject of bankruptcy exemption planning and practice.
